Prisoner's Rights

Within the Criminal Department we can advise and assist on many aspects of prisoner's rights, including parole board hearings, disciplinary hearings and adjudications, lifer reviews, and application for Judicial Review of decisions affecting prisoners.

We may be able to give you free advice and assistance under the Legal Help Scheme, if your case is covered by the scheme and you are financially eligible.
