We have a strong practise in Employment law acting for both Claimants and Defendants, whether before an Employment Tribunal or in the High Court for breach of contract or when seeking injunctive relief.
We have advised and represented a wide variety of clients on employment matters including members of the clergy, politicians, senior employees of large institutions and public bodies, and ‘whistleblowers’. We have also advised military personnel before a Court Martial.
We can advise and represent you in respect of discrimination claims, and advise on TUPE obligations and redundancy situations.
We believe that we have a unique insight into employment law issues, as a result of our willingness to act for both employers and employees.
We also have considerable experience of advising on settlement agreements, whether as part of proposed redundancies, or in respect of employment terms. As well as advising employees on the terms of a settlement agreement we can also advise and draft settlement agreements for an employer.
