Andrew Dowie is a Partner and a senior solicitor in the Family Department, having qualified in 1998.
Andrew primarily represents clients in the following areas
- Divorce
- Separation
- Financial and Property matters
- Private law children cases
Andrew has wide ranging experience in all areas of family related work, but with a particular focus on divorce and the resulting financial disputes. He is developing an increasing number of professional clients with complex financial disputes involving substantial assets arising from marital or other relationship breakdown.
Andrew has wide ranging experience of representing clients at all levels in the Court system, including Family Proceedings Courts, County Courts and the High Court.
Andrew also has extensive experience of advising clients in relation to their Compromise Agreements as part of proposed redundancies.
