Hannah is a solicitor within the Family Department. Hannah is committed to acting in all children matters in particular disputes betweem parents and other bodies such as social services. Hannah approaches these matters in a sensitive manner and listens, empathises and focuses on achieiving her client's goals, and to providing the best advice to the client.
In addition, Hannah is able to advise on children issues such as contact, residence and parental responsiblity. Hannah appreciates these cases are often highly charged and works consistently to achieve results through a constructive and non-confrontational approach.
Hannah also advises on domestic violence and injunction cases, and acts for either the person seeking protection and/or the person seeking to defend these proceedings.
Where cases do proceed to court, Hannah will often undertake her own advocacy both in the Family Proceedings and Court Courts, or where appropriate, and by agreement, she will instruct a specialist barrister.
