Sarah Gratton is a Senior Solicitor. She is Head of the Commercial conveyancing department and also the Wills and Probate department.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 1989. She has considerable experience over the full range of property / conveyancing matters, including leasehold and unregistered land. She acts for both individual and developer clients.
Sarah has built a reputation for providing an outstanding personal service to her clients. She has a very pragmatic approach to her work, which clients find very reassuring at what can be a difficult / emotional time
Sarah also has a lot of experience in other non-contentious work, and can be contacted for all issues relating to wills and probate.
